Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
 
We've lived here about a year and a half with no problems... Nice place, nice neighbors, nice staff. Not the most beautiful place, but it's in the HSU housing district of Arcata, kinda between Sunny Brae and Arcata proper, over by the community center... it's mostly students/lower income people, but like I said everybody's pretty nice.
