Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007
 
This place is ok for the price although the rent keeps going up. It is slowly becoming too expensive for what it is. The manager gets work done when it needs to be done. The manager can make this place a difficult place to live because he puts negative assumtions on future tenants and is eviction happy. The apartments are older but for Arcata they are not bad. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai
