Place is decent but landlords are predatory - I was a current resident and we checked out with Stan and he said that we would receive a "full' refund of our deposit. Three weeks later they removed a portion of our deposit and refused to refund it. They will lie to your face and then deny it. This is out of date. - These apartments are now called Parkway apartments-It's been about 2 years now. love living here I live in one of the two bedrooms here and I love it. the manager hours aren't very accomidating, but she is helpful outside the office. I love living here. the rent goes up almost every year, but it is still affordable. For the price, its perfect. they dont allow

One of the trashier complexes in Arcata Cars are getting broken into, items stolen from porches....
Choice of tenants has been horrible, they don't properly screen anyone or run a credit check. Too many noisy tenants, constantly throwing parties.
