This Place is TERRIBLE. My Boyfriend and I have lived here for approx. 7-8 months before finally taking the steps to get out. The appliances are terrible - leaky faucet, poorly run dishwasher, and problematic plumbing. We called maintenance on a number of occassions and always heard the same, someone will be out there. 7 months later'' Nothing. Management is TERRIBLE. Don't let a smiling face trick you. READ THE CONTRACT CAREFULLY. Our car was broken into 3 times, and kids are a chronic 3am lets party in the street problem. My downstairs neighbor along with the manage is the ----- incarinate.

Word to the Wise - STAY AWAY!! You can find MUCH better deals if you look hard enough.
