Mira Vista Apartments is located in South Atascadero on the corner of El Camino Real and Viejo Camino. The office at 11153 El Camino Real is located in the center of the community.
The individual residences are about 1000 sq. ft. Bedrooms are 12' x 12' not counting the full length closets. The kitchens are wonderful with lots of cupboards, new gas range/stove, and frost free frig. New window coverings, carpet, vinyl, paint, gas wall furnace, A/C, patio downstairs and balcony upstairs. Even the hi-e dual glaze windows are new for better sound damping and energy efficiency. High speed internet access is available through cable or wireless. Amenities include pool, spa, on-site laundry, assigned on site parking and garages. In 2006 the community received the Atascadero Police Department Crime Free Multi Housing Certification. All residents have passed criminal, civil and credit screening.
Rental is month to month. The upstairs residences are $920 and the downstairs are $985. A deposit of $900 is required which is discounted with good credit and references.
Small pets, under 15 lbs. accepted with an additional deposit.
The office is open 10-5 M-F and 12-3 Sat. or by appointment.
