The apartments were bad in the PAST but now they re VERY clean and quiet. The neighbors are some of the nicest people you ll meet. But for the price of the rent, I do enjoy having the garage and parking space, instead of the cramped parking like in other apartments, the very clean pool/spa, wonderful neighbors, and all the nice improvements. The owner is very nice. I can t find any apartments that can compare.
