don't expect repairs to be done in a timely manner, if you are on section 8, expect some discrimination. the management doesn't seem to like children playing outside, and repetedly tries(and suceeds sometimes)to withhold deposits when you move out.
the only reason I got mine back in full is because I know the landlord-tenant laws.
