Good size for the price. Quiet neighborhood with occassional noise at night. If you are a light sleeper this may not be a place for you b/c of the noise from the highway(apt. located very close to highway) and the train which can very loud when honks. There is a slight problem with spiders and small bugs. I am a female living alone and feel pretty safe here. The parking areas should be brighter.
