There is a pool but the rules are very strict. Children can not make excessive noise including slight shouting or laughing to loud. This was one problem Children are always being complianed about by the older tenants. This is unfair as all the eler tenenats Apartment are right next to the pool. Consideration of others is always a must but constantly keeping children quiet and asking them not to laugh to loud was too much.

The grounds are very nice, there could be a few moderations to the facilities, some of the carpets in the Apartments are very old and stained, even though they are cleaned, before a new tenant arrives. A few appliances are old and need replacing, some of the closets and draws need replacing also.

Very spacious, lots of closet and drawer space in the bathrooms and the Kitchen. Very good closet space.

On the whole a nice place to live, just need a few good touches up here and there, and a 24 hour emergency contact.

You only get half the orginal deposit back as they keep $150.00 to clean the carpets.
