I've lived there for a few years and I must say that they have definitely stepped up the maintenance of the complex. The apartments have been completely re-painted and it looks great! There has also been upgrades on lighting fixtures as well. New fridges too. There's a nice pool! The rents are very reasonable too. Nice place to call home!

I think it's a decent place, even though... The bathroom lights above the mirror flicker when we first turn them on (so annoying), our fridge is original (1980's) and the freezer leaks a stream of water in to the fridge. One of the bathroom's faucet water lines leaks and there has to be a bucket underneath to collect the water..The carpet is old, but good enough, the street needs repaving again, and what the heck's up with that cone setup by the office! Ahh! haha. But, it's still an okay place to live.
