I lived here for 7 months and I loved it, the only reason I moved is because I was transfered to sacramento for work and needed to be closer. I loved Jessica, the old manager she was sucha sweetheart. I met the new manager recently, as I was going back to visit with old friends. She is so nice as well! I think the drive in is a little rough being it's in the greens. However, I felt safe living in the community. I often worked out in the fitness center till late and always felt comfortable. I love the balconies and patios and theres so much to do within the community. It's also really close to resturants and shopping and the local gym I also went to. I heard the schools in the area were really good as well. They always keep the landscaping looking nice and the maintanance is very good. Everything is pretty much open 24-hours which is really nice. I loved my apartment layout, and I really reccomend living here. i remember the rent being so much higher than their offering now, but it's so worth it! I paid $995 for my 2 bedroom now they're somewhere around $850 that must be nice. I would move back but I still am working in the sacramento area. I know the drive and surrounding areas arent so great, but I really had no problem living at Miner's Station. I reccomend this place to everyone!
