She decided to fix the day we moved out! (user photo) It was very soft and sagging down, looked like it was going to cave in at any time. (user photo) It got to the point that we couldn't even clean the mold anymore because it was too soft and our hand would go through.

Its a nice complex

I recently moved into the overlook. It is an older apartment complex. When I moved in there were some things wrong with the apartment. The girl in the office got it taken care of very fast even though she doesnt have a maint. guy. So far my experience has been a good one.
