She decided to fix the day we moved out! (user photo) It was very soft and sagging down, looked like it was going to cave in at any time. (user photo) It got to the point that we couldn't even clean the mold anymore because it was too soft and our hand would go through.

I have heard horror stories of moving into Auburn Apartments, that they are old and dirty and not taken care of. I just moved in with my husband from the bay area and the apartment is old, but spotless upon us moving in. The manager had just replace every thing in the apartment and I am extremly satisfied with the apartment and the whole compex. All of the neighbors we have met have been very nice and welcoming.
I have not had a single problem with the manager, she has been super helpful.
