She decided to fix the day we moved out! (user photo) It was very soft and sagging down, looked like it was going to cave in at any time. (user photo) It got to the point that we couldn't even clean the mold anymore because it was too soft and our hand would go through.

I moved into the Overlook a year ago with my boyfriend and the property manager that was there first was really great and welcoming. Things seemed great for the first 3 months with nice tenants and a property manager that cared about the grounds. However the property manager ended up leaving and things just went downhill from there. If you like coming home to the police in the parking lot, screaming matches between neighbors, and the random people living out of other units, then this is the place for you. If you are a person that prefers a more quiet atmosphere, then I would highly and strongly suggest looking someplace else.
