My husband and I lived at the Overlook for almost 2 years. We enjoyed our stay there and continue to have friends that live at that property. There have been some changes since we have vacated but it seems now that they are going back in a positive direction. I must say there is always plenty of parking (not like where we live now), close to the fairgrounds and the community has beautiful grounds. The new manager seems pleasant and she seems to be working on getting the community back on track. Thank GOD! If we had not bought a new condo we would had continued to stay at the Overlook. Anytime anyone is looking to move to Auburn that is always my first suggestion! It is quiet and not in the middle of a busy sitting, it is truly a nice place to live. My only problem was not having washers and dryers in the apartments, but while we lived there the laundry facility was always clean and well kept. :)

What a joke! This place sucks! Expensive, constant changing of policy and the new manager walks around with her nose stuck in the air and puts threatening letters on your day about god knows what every week. Previous manager Kathy was the only good thing about this place now that she's gone it just plain sucks!
