My sister and I hate this place and can't wait to move. It's funny cuz everyone I have talked to hates the overlook as well. I don't know who these tools (or just the manager herself) are that are posting positive remarks, but in all honesty there is nothing nice about these places. There are a section of apartments that always have parties it seems every day of the week, their music is loud, they are always going from one apartment to the other, they smoke constantly and don't watch their children. The pet policy is a small pet under 25 pounds and yet I swear the managers dog is much larger than that. Although upon the wardens move in she was getting everyone on having animals who wasn't suppose to or weren't abiding by policy. But I guess that only matters if you aren't management. Maintenance requests are never followed up on, people are always parking in your parking space. If you are just looking for a place to stay for a little while and can't find anywhere else then maybe take your chances here. Otherwise you can find much nicer places, with nicer people and lower rent prices. Or atleast places that have some amenities for the price you are paying. Rather than this place, the amenities suck so much that one of the amenities posted is "apartment" hahahahahahaha! What is that suppose to mean' Anyways, if you consider this place I wish you much luck. You will need it. I'm getting out as soon as I can!

Hi, this is the manager at the Overlook. If you have a question or concern regarding your home here, please feel free to come and visit me in the office. I have worked very hard and still am continuing to do so to make this place a nice and quiet place to live. I live on-site and I like my piece and quiet as well very much, please let me know if there is anything I can do to make the rest of your stay a positive one.
