LOOKS ARE DECEIVING...

I ALWAYS THOUGHT THESE APARTMENTS WERE SO NICE FROM THE OUTSIDE, BUT ITS MUCH DIFFERENT WHEN YOU MOVE INSIDE. THE PAINT THEY USE IS TERRIBLE, IF YOU BREATH TOO CLOSLY IT'LL LEAVE A MARK ON THE WALL***
THE PLUMBING UNDER THE KITCHEN SINK IS WRAPPED UP IN BLACK ELECTRICAL TAPE(YOU CAN TELL THE PIPES HAVE BEEN HERE PROBABLY SINCE IT WAS FIRST BUILT. THE CARPET IS OFFICE CARPET...VERY THIN(FEELS LIKE YOUR WALKING ON ROCKS UNDER YOUR FEET)A TENENTS CAR ALARM GOES OFF ALL NIGHT & SOMETIMES DURING THE DAY
