I love this place mostly in part because of Helen, the manager.
She let us rent a 2 bedroom without looking at our income or credit. No co-signer needed. Just full time student status.

The apartments smell a bit awful and the carpet is the cheapest around, but you design it the way you want to... it's yours for at least a year.

Laundry is $2.25 a load, ouch!
Train tracks right outside our door--noisy sometimes.
