This has to be the best place that I have ever lived in. It's grounds are imaculately kept up, the fountains add wonderful atmosphere, and the fact that a guard is on duty all nite makes feel extremely safe living on the first floor. Whenever something needs to be fixed...There is a knock at the door before noon the next day to get it taken care of!
