Let's just say cockroaches were not the best greeting when we first moved in. It took 6 months & 3 roach killer guys later to get rid of them. And still occationally I see a roach or two scurrying around at night. It is off a busy highway (I'd rather live in a neighborhood) in the middle of a commerce district. No refrigerator when we moved in (which was a surprise by the way...they never specified there wasn't one). We tried to get out of our lease early but couldn't. Definitely moving when our lease is up!
