Nice enough place From: halloween76 Date posted: 8/19/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   Casa Madrid is really a gem in the middle of the a busy area. Once you get inside, it's a whole other world. The landscaping is beautiful, there are garages which is a huge plus, and everyone is generally quite. Although we do have a noisy neighbor living upstairs from us, that is what you get when you choose to live in an apartment. At one time there was a problem with a group of drug dealers that had moved in. The mamngement was switched over and I don't think the new manager really knew what she was doing. It was obvious that drug sales were going on. People were coming and going all day and night and hey had loud get togethers. They were finally evicted. Other than that, no major problems. Everyone seems to be friendly and keep to themselves which is nice. The management is very friendly as is the maintanence man. Always responsive and helpful. the price is a steal. I would reccomend this to anyone who is looking to save some money and live in a quite place.
