This year of living here has been the WORST year of my life. This place looks like a nice peaceful place, its not. The first day we moved, our truck was towed. The follwing week, our tires were SLASHED. and did the management do anthing about it' nope. did they even say sorry' nope. after that our jeep was broken into and we lost about 600 dollars worth of stuff. dont ask why but my boyfriends brother and girlfriend moved in a few months after us. ther first week of living here her tire caps were all stolen and her tires went flat then his car was broken into, window smashed, just to steal a skateboard. a month after that our jeep was once again broken into, this time the window smashed to steal an emergency car kit in the backseat. did management do anything' NO. The manager of this complex is also very very rude and condescending, as are the rest of the women who work in the office. they are complete nightmares.
There is also a bad ROACH problem. ive had our apt sprayed twice and my neighbor has had it done quite a few times also, doesnt help. Parking is completely gone by 9 pm. so if you have more than one car per apt, youre screwed.
The management also failed to tell us that there is a daycare being run below us. in an apt, who does that' not to mention these people cook the worst, most foul smelling food EVER.
This is just a few of the problems we've encounted since moving in last year. I feel so bad for anyone who is about to move into this complex. I see smashed windows in the parking lot all the time, so in know this happens alot. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PLACE!! Its a nightmare!!!!
