This is one of best places we've lived. It's centrally located to other small cities, and things to do. The manager is great, she's there to respond to problems, and the complex is very quiet, (i.e no kids running around unsupervised.)
The only downside is that some of the people surrounding our apartment were quite unfriendly, and never greeted each other. We found the socialization aspect a little lacking, but other than that, it's awesome!
