This place sucks. They raise your rent at least twice a year and now they are trying to charge you for water on top of the rent. Management company is horrible. Very slow response to any request, even if it's an emergency. No way to find the manager unless you don't send your rent. Definitely not worth the money for this piece of ----. No security gate and cars get broken into often. There has even been an instense where a person with a tow truck try to steal a car from the garage during the day.
