Heritage is our first experience with apartment living. After taking several months to check out apartments in the surrounding area, Heritage was the only option we felt good about. The managers (Jonathan in particular) were friendly and worked with us on a pet policy and security deposit. We weren't prepared for just how expensive it was just to get out foot in the door, but soon found out $2,500 was about average!

It's been uneventful and quite peaceful. I will admit we had major parking problems our first several weeks here. Since having our spaces reassigned, we no longer have parking frustrations. I was also mortified to find a cockroach or two in the bathroom. After investing in about $50 worth of roach sprays, we no longer have these unexpected, unwanted visitors!

We have been blessed with a more than capable and friendly maintenance man (Leon). The grounds are fairly well maintained. At times there's liter and trash strewn on the lawn, but that's due to inconsiderate tenants and not the property itself. Though we couldn't aactually describe our neighbors as friendly, they are usually quiet.

Overall our experience at Heritage has been pleasant.
