We have lived here a little under a year, but have enjoyed our stay. I love the central feeling of the apartment layout. The open kitchen makes the apartment feel very inviting for guests. I will terribly miss our washer and dryer. That is a great feature! Althought we did not use the pool, racquet ball court or fitness room, it was nice to know they were there if I ever got the urge.
On the bad side, the second bedroom was a little on the small side. The location of the apartment itself is very secluded. I am used to being near businesses or a downtown. You need to drive about 5 miles to find a decent restauarant or grocery store. Vons in Glendora and food in Monrovia. Very few parking space for guests. Luckily we only had one car and two parking spaces, so we just let our guests use the empty space. We got used to the noise of Rainbird to the West of us. Most of the apartments either face inward, a golf course, other residential or Rainbird.
I would recommend this apartment to those seeking a nicer place to stay in Azusa.
