I lived at mountain view for three years and I must say that it has both good and bad points
Good:
-Nice sq area.
-Inexpensive
-Superior Groceries is just across the road, so good location

Bad:
- Maintainability very poor. Every time something is repaired, they come back to their original repair status very soon, like in two months time.
- Recently I have heard that beggars and home less people knock on your apartment to ask for money.
- No proper security
-Construction is barely decent. Do not expect the heating or A/C to work well. There is no proper insulation for the building.
-on the rental lease, there was a no pet policy, but manager has pets and so did the other residents.

The managers I had to put up with were Florence and her husband Larry. These two people were the most horrible people I have ever met. They seem to have moved on to a different apartment community, and God help the residents of the new community.
Florence is the most unstable minded person. She is very antisocial and has no respect or manners when dealing with people.
Together they both had a very good way of blaming our complaints back on us, for example: the maintainance repairs are our fault, even it was the first time report.
