definitely not renewing From: si1enceisgolden Date posted: 3/19/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   the issue with this property is the noise. crestview has a courtesy patrol that has almost no effect on the mostly college kids who live in this complex. late night parties mid week is common. parking isn't too big of a deal as we are paying $50 for an extra spot for our second car. but "guest parking" is usually taken up. i've dealth with maintenance on two separate occassions. they fixed our central air the first time. but my seconed complaint was leaking of the dishwasher. the staff said maintenance had been out but the dishwasher still leaks on occasion. our lease is up in a month and a half and we are definitely not renewing. i guess this would be a great place for someone who likes to party and doesn't have to worry about waking up early for work.
