no complaints From: rockcrown Date posted: 7/9/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I currently live here at Crestview. I'm about to move out (re-locating). Its a good thing, since APU is about to purchase the complex. It will need to be 100% student housing by July of 2008. Staff: Usually friendly and always returned my phone calls. Maintainance: The crew was very good. Turn around time was usually 1 day (although sometimes same day if u caught them early enough). I recommend always putting in a ticket to have something fixed, if you simply mention it to a employee, it may not get recorded. Parking: Everyone has a reserved spot (awesome!), but vistor parking could get kinda rough sometimes. There doesn't seem to be enough visitor parking for this size of a complex. Overall, this was my first apartment in California (moved from out of state). It was located where I needed it to be, but now that I have lived here a while, I am looking for something a little nicer that I can call home.
