not worth the rent From: bubbatron67 Date posted: 5/8/2008 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2008 2 responses   I have horrible maintenance problems here. I was given a notice 2 days ago that the broiler gave out,and would be repaired the following day by 5:00p.m. Well, its the third day without hot water! Our air conditioner has been leaking through the bathroom ceiling for a year and I have a gaint hole there where techs. started to work on it and never finished. People park in your assinged parking,so you get to park in the street and nothing is done about it. The place is always a mess outside. I get my rent raised every 6 months by 10% and the service gets worse exponetially. Every time I pay the rent there seems to be a new manager. People are moving out almost daily and none of my original neighbors live here anymore. I've had numerous neighbors move in/out in the last 2 years. This place is in a steep nose dive and now I'm leaving. I can put up with alot, but now I have had it. I'll leave this unit open for you,lol! Just be prepared to pay well over 1K a mo. for a one bed/one bath w/10% raises every 6 months and no support from management.
