These apartments are way overpriced. They advertise one price but are actually more than what they say. The apartments don't come with any extras. The kitchen comes with no fridge. Also all utilites are to be paid by you including water, gas, electric, trash, etc. The apartment is gated yet the cars are getting BROKEN INTO constantly & the police are always in the complex. Could it be because the gate is always broken' They hire security for approximately a week everytime a car get broken into but after that none is around. There is no visitor parking & the streets are full. You have to be careful of where you park. I have received parking tickets for parking in the front. The pool is GREEN every month because they are too cheap to keep it maintained. They have signs posted all over saying that the area is CONTAMINATED & may be HAZARDOUS to your health. Does the housing Department allow people to run apartments that have health hazard warnings at most entrances' The air conditioning in my apartment broke & instead of replacing the motor with a new one, they took one out of a vacant apartment & put in mine. There is only ONE laundry facility for the ENTIRE apartment complex. It consists of 6 washers & 8 dryers. You have to start each load 3 MINUTES apart or the facility will FLOOD. Also it costs $1.25 to wash & $1.00 to dry but across the street it cost only $.50 to wash & $.25 to dry. The shower nob has to be replaced constantly because they are so cheap. What are we paying all this rent for' The apartments are not even that big. I have a 2 bedroom that actually looks like 1 1/2 rooms, 1 bathroom & "1/4" (a sink in the "master bedroom"). Not to mention the rent just went up...AGAIN. Could this be why everyone is moving out' Overall you are better off taking a little more time & going else where. lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji

FYI Management by law must put up signs that the building may have hazardous chemicals. Hazardus chemicals = cigarette smoke, BBQs
