I was given a notice 2 days ago that the broiler gave out,and would be repaired the following day by 5:00p.m. Well, its the third day without hot water! After taking several months to check out apartments in the surrounding area, Heritage was the only option we felt good about. Now you have different managers almost all the time and its hard to tell them about the problems you are having with anything. When we first moved in, things were good, the landscaping was kept clean and neat. The grounds handyman always made sure the complexes were clean, especially washing the stairways because of Le Med Apartment Homes 100% Recommended Feb 06 2008: Stayed from August 2006 to July 2007, after due diligence on ApartmentRatings. It is very quiet and clean due to proactive and highly competent management. Highly recommend to those who seek quiet and calm surroundings. |
