No problems - I moved here from across the country, so moved without seeing the surrounding area known as Oildale. Belcourt did turn out to be the nicest apts in the area though. Parking kinda sucks, with only being allowed one spot per apartment, but thats not the end of the world. The neighbors dogs barked alot but I cant blame Belcourt for that. No problems - I moved here from across the country, so moved without seeing the surrounding area known as Oildale. Belcourt did turn out to be the nicest apts in the area though.
