Awesome - I onlt wet to take a look at the apartment but decided against it. I loved the large open living area and walk in closet in the master. I think the 2nd floor has a great feature in the stairs how they are inside but not taken into the sqft. The one thing I didnt like was the bathroom and how it only has sliding pocket doors nothing that actually locks properly. I did love the outside as well ...Full review of Del Pine Terrace

OK, but noisy neighbors - Apartment is alright inside; it has some unique architectural features, such as an arched hallway, high ceilings, fireplace, and media niche. We are happy with it, although the master bath is TINY. The large sized pantry helps with storage, and the attached 2 car garage with w/d hookups is great. One major annoyance is the loud neighbors and the REALLY annoying neighbors ...Full review of Pebble Creek Apartment Homes

Most residents are retired or responsible families and young ...Full review of Redwood Glen Apartment Homes

This is the Place to Be ! ! - I love Susan the manager, we walked me through the process, showed me a great clean apartment, introduced me to my neighbors. The rent was reasonable and included the utilities and covered parking. The parking lot is well lit and the company that owns the property have night security to watch over us. The NE part of Bakersfield is a great location. When I have had a issue in my ...Full review of Panorama Pines Apartments

Can't wait to move but not a bad place.... - I moved here Feb.2011 into a 2 Bed, 2 Bath ($750 per month) with my boyfriend and his roommate. I can honestly say that it's not a bad place to live. Although the inside of the apartments are outdated, they have a fresh coat of paint on all of the complexes and they remodeled the front apartments with new pillars and stairwells but they just left the rest of the apartments (that ...Full review of Vantage Point Apartments
