FIRST OF ALL,THE MANAGEMENT IS COMPLETELY INEPT,CLUELESS AND UNPROFESSIONAL IN VERY SENSE OF THE WORD.NOW FOR THE PROBLEMS WITH THE ACTUAL APARTMENTS: 1-VERY POORLY CONSTRUCTED THIN WALLS,OLD OUTDATED FIXTURES,CHEAP LOCKS ON WINDOWS AND DOORS 2- MICROWAVES AND GARBAGE DISPOSALS NEVER WORK 3- DISGUSTING GROUNDS,LITTER AND TRASH EVERYWHERE ON THE GROUND,THE WHITE TRASH TENANTS SEEM TO THINK THEYRE STILL LIVING IN WHATEVER HILLBILLY OUTHOUSE THEY WERE RAISED IN,GRAFFITI IN PARKING LOTS,ETC 4-SLOW RESPONSE TO PROBLEMS,ANOTHER SIGN OF POOR MANAGEMENT,TAKES AT LEAST 2 DAYS TO RESPOND TO PROBLEMS 5-DIRTY POOLS AND JACUZZIS,TOTALLY VILE 6-LOUD,DIRTY,LOW CLASS TENANTS ANOTHER SIGN OF POOR MANAGEMENT AND THEIR POOR SCREENING SKILLS. IF YOU LIKE GHETTO TRASH AND HILLBLLIES BEING LOUD AND DIRTY YOU WILL LOVE CAMBRIDGE IF NOT LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE. A TOTAL JOKE.

Wow.....I don't know WHERE this person thinks they are living. I have lived at Cambridge Village for 2 years now and love it. The grounds always look good, issues are taken care of very promptly and even when I DO have a noise complaint which is rare, I can call their courtesy patrol and someone responds to take care of the problem very quickly!

I agree with krisseyjo and kimarhi, the place described by the person certainly isn't the place I rent at. I scouted this place for a whole year, walking my dog on weekends and asking tenants if they were happy living here. Most of them without hesitation and with a genuine smile said "yes". Also the management staff and maintenance personnel the responder describes is totally opposite to what I experience every time I walk into the office. I KNOW I'm going to be treated with friendliness and responsiveness when I go to the office. That was not the case at my previous address which is one of the reasons I moved. I highly recommend Cambridge Village to anyone.

I recently stopped by to check it out and loved the place! Well kept grounds, clean pool,huge tennis court. I didn't get to see it all, however the manager greeted myself and my daughter as we came in and was honest about the break ins of vehicle's and stressed about issues of leaving desirable items in plain view. She just had a great personality and was very helpful! I will be moving in when my lease is up...I just wish I would have seen this place before re -signing.

I just moved here a few months ago and love it. The staff is always friendly to me. I had a maintenance issue, my microwave would do everything but cook, but once I let them know I had a brand new microwave within 24 hours. The pools are always clean when I go and the only litter I ever see on the grounds is the occasional junk mail flyer that missed the trashcan. As far as the complaint about the "cheap" fixtures and locks, they are basic, no-frills but they do work and don't look tacky. As far as the judgments and rude generalizations of the tenants, I have yet to meet any "hillbilly" neighbors and everyone has been very nice. In fact, today someone had their music playing loud enough that I could faintly hear it, but at exactly 10pm (noise curfew) the music stopped. I don't regret moving here and do not recommend the original poster's review be used as a basis to judge the complex on.
