I have lived here for 7 months. I find it quiet, beautiful landscaping, roomy, and pretty clean. I'm not too fond of the staff. I think the pools are great and well-maintained. Maintainence has always responded quickly for me, never had a problem. If you understand that apartment living is not for the solitaire folk..this is one of the best places I've ever found in Bakersfield. And, I've never lived in apartments like this before and visited numerous places within Bakersfield. Cambridge is also in a wonderful location, walking distance to library and the marketplace. I think it works well..
