I had a studio here for about a year. There where no major issues aside from the bug problem we had. We had bugs coming from everywhere and I would find them in the shag carpet all time. Parking was a nightmare. Very rarley did you find one in the parking lot. I was always on the street but that was at my doorstep so I didnt mind much but it is unsafe if you ask me. The noise wasnt to bad other than when the high school let out. It was a pass through from the school to the major road on my side of the conplex. We only had one major problem with their building standards when the girl that lived abouve me almost fell the the stairs becuse it was bolted down. they olny set the 2nd from the top step on the rail didnt screw it down. I ended up catching her as the block smashed my foot but the complex paid for the doctor visit and a break on her rent. The staff wasnt the most friendly but noone here is is its to be expected. So it was ok for what I paid and might be recomended
