Going, going...

I have lived here for several years and when I moved here, I did so because of the lush landscape, the natural serenity of water and the wildlife that wanders the grounds freely.
Since I have been here, there have been numerous gardeners and the quality of the property has gone down considerably. Where there was lush grass, there is now dirt and weeds or puddles of mud from the overwatering. Several trees have fallen or have been removed (but not the stumps) and never replaced. You can definitely see the difference in management. Like the missing letter in the sign in front that has been gone for a year.
I have had one troublesome neighbor and when I confronted the office about it, they told me to call the police. I did and the problem didn't go away. The problem finally subsided when they moved away. While I realize that I live in a condo/apartment, I do so for convenience sake and with assurance that the landlord will take care of problems that arise with other tenants.
Maintenance is hot and cold. Cliff is always nice and friendly, but not always on top of the situation. It may take him a few tries to get the job done.
The office staff has peculiar quirks. I have had friends who have lived here in the past who had major problems with them. They do have a "can't do" attitude as a previous reviewer pointed out. I have never witnessed such poor customer service when they are about to inconvenience you. You'd think they would be kissing your feet, but instead they hold a stance that you are the problem here, not them.
Only one person has always been nice to me and that is Nicole. She is always friendly and courteous and willing to help and talk when I needed something to be done.
