it is great here. but the price i can rent some place else. My 2 bedroom i could get a 3 bedroom house at the same price. yet i have not had any problems here. the parking is not all the best but it works. i do love the sound of the water during the day it makes you feel like you are at peace. all thought everything is great after my lease is up i am going to have to find some place different to live cause the price keeps going up and i just can't pay that much for mine any more

If you want to hear the sound of the water and save money, spend $200 on a large fountain and move into a house. You'll still be saving about $3k/year.
