My wife and I have lived here for six months and we find it very satisfactory. The staff responds quickly to all requests and the grounds are kept in excellent condition. When we first moved in, the residents in the unit upstairs were very noisy, especially in the middle of the night. We complained to the office and after several warnings, the management had them move. Since then, the new upstairs resident is very quiet. Parking is convenient in an assigned spot under a car port. The location is convenient to shopping. We would recommend The Edgewater to friends.
