RUDE ROACH = NEVER RENT HERE

This was my first apartment.
When my husband and I were looking for an apartment we wanted something that was in a nice quiet neighborhood.
We loved it at first and then at the end of our year lease they decided to raise our rent $100 if we signed another year lease, or raise it $400 if we went month to month.
On top of the price rang they decided to let us know only a couple of weeks before our lease was up! I was so upset that I went down there the next morning and asked why we didn't get this sooner.
The manager expressed that normally they do give it out sooner.
So what the heck, am I an exception to the rule.
Well anyways, I got out of that place as soon as possible.
They "kindley" let me leave the date that my lease was up but I still had to pay almost $200 rent to them when I left.
That wasn;t the end of my problems with them.
I was waiting for my deposit back from them, I would call once a week.
They finally told me that me apartment was a mess( which it wasn't, it was quite clean) and that i was only getting $350 of the $500.
I was upset and wanted to talk to the manager and she was never available.
I finally went in and she was totally rude to me.
She wouldn't return my phone calls either(so unprofessional).
SO I talked to her and she decided to give me $435 of the $500, so i gave in, I wanted to be done with these people.
A couple of weeks later I still hadn't received my check.
I called and they had a completely different address.
So I didn't receive my check for a couple of months! Never, I repeat NEVER rent from these people please! P.S Huge Roach problem throughout the whole complex!

The manager has never been nice the entire time I have rented here. Everything is the tenants fault and her staff all do what she does. The roach problem is bad and they are even crawling in my upstairs unit although they have sprayed for them. The lake stinks too, and the place is a general mess. I can't wait to get out of here. My neighbor rented a nice 3 bedroom house with garage for LESS than what he paid here!
