First off, when I moved here I was not told alot of the things that would have made me look elsewhere. This is a gated community, "Oh, nice... thats a plus right" is what i thought. NOT! Everytime that you have a guest come you have to walk the WHOLE way up to the gate to open it. You cant just type in a simple password like every other GC, or you have to buy a landline phone and buzz people in... conveniently not told when I asked if it would be a problem. Its been a huge inconvenience and problem!!! I have personally had to break into the community by tailing another car through the gate.

Also, there are TONS of little children around... TONS... I dont have a problem with kids, but there are definately like 10-15 little kinds (<9yrs old) outside at all times.

Gary the manager the grounds manager is a total Jerk. I have walked in on him more then once while he was yelling at either the people in the office or the tennants. He lives on the grounds overlooking the pool and makes sure that there is only 2 guests to each tennant (rediculous) in the pool area at a time. He also makes a HUGE deal about really small things. Like if two cars go through the gate on one swip of the card... They are also ----'s about parking here. Which brings me to my last point.

The apartment complex just implemented a new set of rules making it only possible for the tennents to use the pools. They will tell you that visitors can use the pools, but only between 10AM-5PM and not on Sunday. In addition, the tennents of the complex must wear badges showing that they are indeed members of the GATED community. Heres a question, why would people be in such a hard to get in community (note, the problems with the gates) if they werent either invited by the renters or are themselves paying tennents' I feel like Im living with my parents with rediculous rules and regulations.

Finally, the weight room (meaning treadmills) has yet to be repaired. It has been broken for months now. Thanks Gary. Its not like I can go to the pool and workout either.

Parking is HORRIBLE if you have two cars. They conveniently tell you "You have covered, assigned parking here for free." It would be logical to assume if two people are signing the lease that they would assign two spots right' NOT... You only get one spot per apartment and have to park any additional parking in uncovered spots which are REALLY hard to come by. Definately dont live here, there are some nice places on Ming Ave also on Gosford St.

DO NOT RENT HERE.

i hope that you moved out there on ming and gosford...first of all, this is a communtiy,,,in which they're are going to be families,,,in which they're are going to be little children...and yes there is a park for them to play in...if you ask me you're the ----...kids are kids and they're going to be outside especially that they're on summer vaca...secondly,,,i find that cooperating with rules and regulations isn't hard to do...i'm sure you did it in first grade so live with it...about the pool I LOVE THE FACT THAT WE HAVE BADGES,,,who wants other people that dont pay rent here swimming in our pool...if you don't like the rules then sorry get the f out...just cause you had a bad experience doesn't mean everyone will...lastly the treadmill is working dumb broad...hopefully u moved out so we don't have to hear u complain...later...

Pink is Gary. He is the only one who would agree with his stupid rules. He is probably looking at this site right now while looking out his window to see who is in the pool with out their red badge.
