Management is terrible. The rules to the pool area are always changing and you are never told about it until the security guards yell at you. Security is only there to yell at kids in the pool area and make sure you have your red badge even if they have seen you a hundred times. Gary is very rude. Kids are not even allowed to ride their bikes around the sidewalk area. There is also a very bad bug problem.

I agree. The bugs and management are terrible. We couldn't wait to get out of our 12 month lease. Also, it is next to impossible to get your security deposit back, even though we left the place in better condition than when we moved in.
