I have lived here for one year now, and I just renewed my lease. This is our fourth apartment in Bakersfield, and I'm glad we finally found a home. My wife and I were looking for a gated and upscale community, and we found this place. Its not just gated - they also provide security many hours of the day and night, which gives me a lot of peace of mind. Its also a very serene, quiet place, but there's a nice park inside for the kids and even adults come outside to jog and play basketball. My wife loves the spa and says its very relaxing. And they just put in new plants all over the place, which has made it very green and nice looking.

I read a few of the other reviews and I have to say, I really disagree that the management is rude. I have only had one maintenance issue, a leaky sink, but it was fixed the same day I called. And the place is only like 2 years old, so there's not much maintenance needed. And the management keeps the community clean, and honestly its a very comfortable place to come home to. And as I said, the security is a nice extra, its nice to know that someone is making sure things are always nice and safe. I guess if you are a trouble maker, they will give you a hard time. But my wife and I enjoy coming home from work to our apartment, and we appreciate our neighbors and the peaceful atmosphere. I would definitely recommend living here.
