I read a few of the reviews that said "management is horrible" and "management sucks" and it seems like those people are complaining about the community rules. All I can say is - my husband and I LOVED it here! Our apartment had a huge kitchen, a big living room (we had a 3 bedroom), and a big master bedroom that fit a huge bed, our dresser, our tv, and a recliner. I never saw trash outside my apartment, and I guess if you're the kind of person that leaves trash outside then the manager is going to have a problem. We had an ant problem over the summer and they sprayed our apartment twice, for free! My husband worked out at the gym and said it was clean, and I liked the pool and spa. I guess the people that said there are too many rules are the ones that wanted to live like animals, and yea this wasn't the place for that. The security is great too, I felt like management and security went the extra mile to make sure we knew they were there and making sure the whole community was peaceful, the way it should be. Again, if you aren't causing a problem, you won't have a problem with anyone.

My husband found a job in LA and we are sad to have moved :( But I saw some of the reviews and I can't imagine that those people even lived here! It was safe, the landscaping and the pools were beautiful, and personally I was never bothered by the manager so I can't say he's a bad guy. If we move to Bakersfield again, I would move here!

PS - the girls in the leasing office are sweethearts, we had a great experience from day 1!
