The apartment is very nice. Top quality and good layout. Unfortunate location - high voltage power lines, huge empty lots on two sides of complex (lots of dust) and very close to power plant. It is very quiet, rarely see any neighbors. 1/3 to 1/2 units are empty. Good for a short term rental until your house is ready. Management is adequate. Landscaping is not same quality as apartments. Cheap.

The apartments are not vacant there are alot of people who constantly are working and/or alot of the units are corporate units so they may seem empty but they are rented. Maybe they seem empty because it is so quiet and peaceful all the time. Most people would not agree that the location is bad, it is an ideal Bakersfield location is the response from most, there is dust and empty fields but it is also new construction with prospective developments in plans for the near future. The landscaping is not cheap, it does not seem plentiful due to the fact that ALL the flowers we just replaced and are replaced every 6 months and again it is new construction therefore the trees etc are not fully grown. We do however appreciate your feedback!

I agree with the response from JasminePK (above). It appears to me that most of the apartments are rented. For us, the location is ideal: easy access, yet privacy, and close to shopping. Landscaping is well above average for apartments in Bakersfield and the gardeners do an excellent job every week. Nice pool and very good fitness center. The management sees to it that trash cans are taken in soon after emptying. Grounds are neat and clean. The private double garages are a big plus.
