Beautiful apartment - bad management

The apartment itself was beautiul, large and well-designed. Management is not of the same caliber. Response time is very slow and not at all helpful. Three days late getting me the keys. I kept stopping by the office and they never had the keys ready, even though I had paid the 1st month and deposit. Did not correct the pro-rate. Maintenance requests blown off. You will never see your deposit again.

I the Community Director here at Jasmine Parke am apuaulled at this quote. Nothing of this nature has happened here at Jasmine Parke. If you have a complaint or there is an issue regarding how much you were charged we would be happy to take a look at it and adjust it if there has been an error. We however can not fix things if we are not notified that there is an issue. We have not had anyone move in and request for keys and not recieve them our goal is to have the community 100% occupied with happy residents we do everything we can to have residents move in right away. We would not let someone move in and charge them rent if the apartment is not ready to move in to. There has obviously been some sort of miscommunication and I as the Community Director would like to offer the best customer service possible but am unable to do so without knowing who is writting such nonsense. Please feel free to contact me by coming by the rental office or via email management@jasmineparke.com. My goal is to supply 100% customer service satisfaction for my residents please assist me in doing this! I hope to hear from you soon. I would also like to take this time to thank all of my woderful resients who do offer us kind words and support! You are greatly appreciated!
