I have lived in this apartment complex for a year. At first everything seemed to be going well and I didn't have any problems with the management. They seemed very friendly. When we did our initial walk thru we pointed out a few things to the manager and she said she would have them fixed. They weren't fixed until after I complained about them several times and even then they weren't fixed, they were jerry rigged. Our heater didn't work in the winter and our AC didn't and still doesn't work in the summer. Complaints seem to fall on deaf ears and excuses from management is a pretty normal thing. The pool is rarely cleaned and the jacuzzi hasn't been maintained since I signed my lease. Very discusting. The grounds are kept clean only because a few of the tenants go out and clean things up, never the management. And good luck trying to get a hold of the manager. She is never in her office when she says she is and if she sees you peeking in the window she gets up like she was just about to head out. Since I have moved in I have seen more and more vacancies...now I know why. Termites, roaches and spiders are a big problem. When maintenance does get around to fixing things they do it at all hours of the night with absolutely no regard for other tenants. I could go on but I'm sure you get the point. And believe me, I will not be re-signing my lease.
