This place is a slum! I can't believe it. It looked nice and in a nice area, but once I got in I could see how it really was here. Now I am trying hard to save up the money for another depsit for another apartment. This is really hard and moving is difficult on my as I am getting older. I am depressed living here. I am embarrased and ashamed to have guests come over. OUr bathroom was never cleaned up right. There is a crack in it too. The water pressure is terrible. Have to take hour long shower just to feel as clean as a 10 minute one!!

I love swiming, but the pool is sooooooooooooooooooooooooo disgusting I can only dream to get in it. The jacuazzi would be great on my arthritis and back pain, and they have had it trained acting like they are getting up and ready...for months now!!!

There is no maintance. It is just the live in mangers husband and her family when they are strung out and desparate to make money. They try really hard to get everything done, but there is just too much for them, this manager is in way over her head. The manager would probably be okay if the owner let her hire a real maintance crew..a professiona crew, a real pool service company...that way she doesn't have to try to clean it herself...and she trys...but it is still gross. I don't think she even wants to admit it, but the pool doesn't seem to filter or have fresh water running in it...only at night she is filling it with a hose. She thinks she is fooling everyone, but really the tenants are fed up and disgusted with the owner and the manager.

I strongly agree with the other negative reports. Everything they said is true.
