we lived in these apartments for three years.....at first everything appeared to be o.k. the place started to fall apart with no apparent maintenance man on the premises...all the meen while being told that someone would be over to fix the problems we were experiencing....yeah right!! A water line broke (for the 2nd time),but this time completely flooded our apartment,destroying our furniture downstairs and caving in the roof. Now I battle with them to get even a little of my $1000.00 deposit back! What a joke!!!!

I am not even going to argu with you on this matter, we both know that what you are saing is not the whole truth, the first time your flood was due to your toilet over flowing and not our at fault, because something (remember) was flushed down the toilet. 2nd. on the other line that broke, rather than contacting me at the begining of the problem you waited 45 min to an hour befor notifing me of this problem, which resulted in the serverity of the damage. So there are alot of factors that you have left out. Again I am sorry you feel this way
